I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep background working with grief, trauma, disability, and chronic pain, and outside of the office I also explore these areas as a writer and artist.

Perhaps you are considering working with me because you desire true intimacy in your relationships, especially your relationship with yourself.

Or perhaps you want to feel more at home and at ease within your body, no matter the situation.

Maybe you are living with trauma or grief and feel you need an experienced professional to support you in making sense and meaning out of all of this.

Or is that you wish to live more in accordance with long-held fantasies and secret gifts within yourself that may have gotten displaced or devalued along the way?

You and I can work together on any or all of these areas and much more. Along the way, you can expect that I will join you in exploring your history, your choices, and your hopes and dreams with unending curiosity and respect.

I provide individual counseling with specializations including creativity development, loss and grief recovery, pain management, disability and chronic illness, trauma, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ support, young adults, body image, and life transitions.

  1. Are you accepting new patients?
    Yes, we are currently accepting new clients.

  2. Do you accept insurance?
    We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO only. Only you can know your insurance benefits. We collect a co-pay at the beginning of each session, and any balances not covered by insurance are due within 30 days. Remember that you have a new deductible in each calendar year.

  3. How can I pay?
    If we’re in-network for you, we’ll give you information about how to pay your co-pay.

  4. What if I don’t have Blue Cross or if my insurance changes?

    If we’re out-of-network for you, you’ll need to pay in full at the time of each appointment. We can provide you with a “superbill” to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, but reimbursement is never guaranteed.
